Jon is an excellent host and adds lots of nice touches. The bed is so comfortable and the room layouts make you feel at home.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has been very cleverly designed. It’s clean, bright and airy and had everything we needed for our stay, Jon is an outstanding host from the very start of our booking. He is thoughtful, flexible and very kind. If I ever happen to be in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

I had an incredible stay. John helped with an early checkin. Extremely warm. Very approachable. More than anything the comfort he extended was phenomenal. Would knock everytime he would come. I didn't feel I was bothering him whenever I had something to ask for. Fridge was filled with good healthy breakfast. Kitchen and the studio had everything necessary. If not, John would make things easier by being there and helping physically or virtually. Would definitely recommend. Stay blessed🙌 P.s best thing about that room was that personalised Board.

Jon was an absolutely fantastic host! The location was perfect for our visit to the university open day, great bars and restaurants nearby and an added bonus was the parking.

It was the hottest weekend of the year, which made it difficult to sleep at night due to the lack of windows to help ventilation.

A well designed self-contained studio apartment close to all the amenities of Princes Avenue and the park. Every detail has been carefully thought through. Several options were provided for breakfast. Jon, our host, called me the day before our arrival to advise me on how to find the property and how to get in in his absence. He is very friendly and obviously cares about the enjoyment and comfort of his guests. We liked Princes Avenue and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Marla's Sandwich Shop (so much more than a sandwich shop).

It's quite a long walk into town and I found Spring Bank en route quite challenging in terms of personal safety. If that's something that concerns you, I recommend that you take a coffee somewhere on Princes Avenue and call an Uber.
