"Pleasant"

Nice area

The bed was creaky, the room was freezing the heating didn’t work, there was cob webs near the heaters, there was a bit of mold in the shower

"Lovely little cottage"

Lovely cosy cottage, great for being out of the way yet still close to York and the surrounding attractions. It had everything we needed, hair dryer, iron etc.

Parking wasn't the greatest.

"Warm cosy cottage perfect for a mini stay near York"

No problem finding the cottage. Ample parking. Cosy and warm perfect for an overnight stay. The Durham Ox across the road from the cottage served lovely food so perfect mini stay.

No drinks coaster felt conscious of making a mark on the tables so improvised with some leaflets we had. Found the shower tended to change temperature whilst in the shower from cold to extreme hot without interference so if that could be looked at that would be appreciated.

"Very comfortable, cosy and well equipment cottage."

Very warm and cosy. Bed fantastic. Well equipped kitchen. 2 fridges!! Great location for local pub and visiting local area. (Durham Ox extremely good). Comfy sofa's.

Often could not park close to property. Unable to use fire stove. A reasonable explanation was given. This may not be a factor for many people. We really like a real fire for our Winter stays.

"A nice cottage in the center of Crayke"

We stayed in a picturesque village of Crayke on our way to York. It's just a short drive away from the city. The cottage was really nice with plenty of space for our baby cot and the bed was comfortable. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was as described.

"A Jewel On the edge of the Moors"

A spacious beautifully presented apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Bed was terrifically comfortable. I'm only sorry we only spent two nights. Definitely worth a longer stay if you wanted to explore the North York Moors. We were there for the York Christmas Market.
