Chic one bed apartment- City Living in converted Cocoa Warehouse York PARKING

Central location; very clean, well-equipped self-catering apartment with good quality bed linens and soft towels in a secure and historical building which had been tastefully designed for modern living. Parking space included in the price and optional sofa bed with linens makes this apartment ideal for business travellers or, a family of up to 4 people vacationing in the historic and majestic city of York, and only a short excursion to immerse oneself in the beauty of the surrounding North Yorkshire rural countryside.

As a disabled traveller, the allocated parking space on the top level of a parking garage without any elevators would have made this inaccessible to me had I been travelling solo, as would have the shower and bath which had no grab rails so, would not have been safe for me to use alone. However, as I was accompanied by my adult daughter, on this occasion my accessibility and mobility needs in the apartment and parking garage were not an issue.

We had a top box on our car so a problem getting to our parking space luckily a resident who came in behind us swopped spaces so we had a space on the ground floor 😃

Lovely apartment. All finished to a high standard with a very modern, chic design. Spotlessly clean with a well appointed kitchen. Smart TV and WiFi. Bed was very comfortable with modern bedding. Located a short stroll into city centre with secure parking.

Perfect location with secure parking, very comfortable apartment.

Went to use the oven to heat ready-made meals, had to wash the slot in roasting tray as it was totally greasy, unfit to use, there were only two mugs but plenty of other crockery.

Great apartment exceptionally clean and comfortable had everything you would need. Just a short walk to the town centre great location. Loved hearing the geese on the canal in the morning.
