Chic one bed apartment- City Living in converted Cocoa Warehouse York PARKING

The apartment was ideally located for a short walk to the city centre walls and York minster. The check in details were easily followed for a seamless check in and check out, including the parking at the adjacent private car park. The apartment was tastefully decorated to make an exceptionally comfortable stay including a bed that was very comfortable to make a great nights sleep. The kitchen had all the facilities you could possibly require to prepare an evening meal or a basic snack.

The property was quite warm so unsure how this would be in the height of summer but additional fans are provided to assist. we kept the blinds closed in the day because they were south facing and this did help for the second evening.

Radiator in bedroom appeared not to be working. We notified the host, and they just said that it was working when they last checked it which was not helpful. Allocated parking space is on top floor with no lift Directions for oven /hob use would have been beneficial

the situation of the tap in middle of bath. awkward when taking shower… easy to bang into it. Looked good but dangerous.

Good location only 5 min walk into centre and a secure parking space a bonus as this is also included in the price, so no paying extra to park. Lovely quiet modern apartment ,had everything we needed.

I found the sofa a little too firm but that is just my personal preference, my husband thought it was comfortable

a welcome binder with how to use the appliances and radiators would be helpful. also, an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towel for the kitchen and a larger bottle of dish soap would be better.
