Castle Properties: The Duchess, 3 Bed Family cottage

Location, quaint history and super comfortable inside.

The cupboards with the crockery was too high - as a short person, I could not reach it. Would be better if everyday crockery was accessible and other stuff could be kept in the higher shelves.

Great stay in the heart of Windsor. The location of the house is amazing. Restaurants, shops, pubs, Long Walk and Windsor Castle are right around the corner. The house itself has everything you need. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space and a very comfortable stay. All in all everything was perfect and we hope to come back some time

There is really nothing to complain about but I would advise parents with small children to look out for the stairs. They could be a little tricky if you don't look out right

Just the trade offs from the pros. Lots of character but then single glazed windows on the Heathrow flight path = noisy in the mornings. Central location= limited parking options...

Amazing location! You walk 300 yards and there is the Castle.

Perfect location for exploring central Windsor. We were kept well informed before and during our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Easy access to the town centre and local attractions , nice touches tea bags coffee biscuits .

Bit of noise from park next door but probably a one off, only heard on 1 night

It was clean, well equipped and as described in the listing. The cottage has a homely feel along with very comfortable beds, and enough bathrooms to make it work for family group- great location too - we would highly recommend The Duchess

The lounge is a little tight for space but we were out so it didn’t matter, so much to do in Windsor
