Very comfortable, home from home. Had everything we needed. Location good, walking distance to town centre. Great that there was parking, this was our main issue with other accommodation. Kitchen facilities great and nice quality.

Bathroom was cold. Shower door was a narrow opening, ok for us but anyone bigger would have struggled. Maybe an opening door rather than a sliding door. Neighbour above quite noisy. Sounded like they constantly were "sliding open" a door. Floorboards really creaky. More noticeable in the bedroom.

Location was perfect. Property was comfortable.

Property needed some attention on the surface looked OK but some areas were dirty. For the price toiletries etc should be provided. Very noisy heard everything from the flat above.

Spacious apartment with close access to the City centre. Comfortable bed and quite comfortable suite Open plan is Ideal

Noise from upstairs. Stairs going down into a dark apartment with luggage isn't ideal, so we used the living room door for access. Not all lights/bulbs were working. It had a BT set top box but wasn't working. Shower screen is dodgy, if you're not careful it wants to come off the rollers. Didn't use the cooking facilities so can't comment on them. Fridge and general cleanliness not the best ( looked like the apartment hadn't been occupied for a while which would explain it being a bit dusty)

Excellent location and excellent apartment, everything you need in terms of home comforts.

The bed sheets, I prefer egyption cotton but that's my preference.

Good location, within easy walking distance of city centre. Free on street parking permit enabled us to park very close to the apartment. Excellent facilities, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. Very good shower, plentiful hot water and towels. Very comfortable bed. Spacious apartment, well laid out. Hosts easy to contact by telephone and very helpful.

Some minor maintenance needed, eg replacement of light bulbs under units in kitchen and although apartment generally very clean, could benefit from a spring clean in terms of cleaning around skirting boards behind furniture.

The apartment is stunning, and it has one of the comfiest beds we've slept in.
