Muy ruidosa la calle en la que está y eso hace que quien duerme en la habitación que da a esa calle no pueda descansar bien.

Single glazing in bedroom on Rose Street side meant very noisy night up to 3.30am

Location, small, but had everything we needed

Was very noisy very early in the morning, bars around area did bins at 5am for about an hour. To be honest it did wake me up every morning, but I fell back asleep, not everyone would handle this as well as I did, but people need to know ahead of time. Also the heating needs detailed instructions, it took us a few days to figure it out, also the washer/dryer needs more info

The location was excellent in New Town and walking close to everything. Lots of eateries, supermarkets and shops close by. There is everything in the apartment you would need for an extended stay. The heating worked well and sitting room was comfortable. Communication with the host was very good.

The bed is very firm. We asked for a mattress topper which was delivered that very afternoon and it helped a bit. The quick response from the host was impressive.

Great location

2nd Bedroom bed is not comfortable and night time bit noisy from street. We have requested 11 am check out but unfortunately did not allow us to stay . This is really disappointing.
