Large comfortable apartment, well equipped and very secure and with secure parking. Walking distance to Ashbourne amenity's. Fantastic and clear communication from hosts.

Old house odour that reduced over the duration of my stay.

Lovely apartment very comfortable. The location was great. Wonderful shops walks and historic buildings.

The road works in the town made it a little difficult to navigate the town but off course this cannot be helped

beautiful old house (~1703) with high ceilings in our apartment. Great location, close to Bear (excellent coffee :-). Electric-locked-gate parking -- brilliant -- guaranteed parking space right behind building and secure. Sofa comfortable. Shower and hot water good, but see below. Interesting history. Heavy traffic in street outside (A515!) with frequent enormous trucks, but a terrific soundproofing job meant this was never a problem inside.

Absence of WiFi a serious omission - no excuse in middle of town. Mattress uncomfortable, made worse by mattress-protector. Duvet scratchy and heavy. Entirely glass-top dining table was simply scary, especially when coupled with heavy iron chairs and narrow access... Kitchen bin very awkward to access under bench-top -- limited opening, no pedal/other. Shower cubicle very small with obstacles (empty shampoo dispenser, shelf, very protruding shower control). Bathroom floor tiles badly cracked and broken (landlord immediately provided temporary fix when alerted - good). The air in the apartment was VERY damp -- we only discovered most-way through stay that there was a dehumidifier in the wardrobe, which helped when left on continuously -- would have helped if we had been warned this was necessary , since dehumidifier suggests its an ongoing problem.

Very appropriately furnished to match the age of the property. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Everything available for self catering.

Cracked tiles on en suite bathroom floor that moved when walked on. No wifi connection. Bushes next to allocated parking space overlapped the car area.
