It was very cosy and great view and location

They couldve sweeped the decking or clear cobwebs and double check cabin for bugs ect

Absolutely nothing! It’s a dump! Went to another location.

No contacts available. Called no. At main office - was from someone who used to work there, said I should avoid the place!!! No hot tubs as shown. Place smelled of damp. Hairs in sink. Booking.com didn’t help either. An absolute joke of a place. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!

The scenery

The Lodge accommodation was filthy and the double bed had been slept in. I spent the first night cleaning until 2am, not the relaxing break away I wanted! Not one member of staff on site the entire time we were there and the emergency number was switched off the entire time. Luckily we had our camper with us to use the bedding from there otherwise we wouldn't of had clean bedding. A member of staff contacted me the day after and promised to be in touch and offered a partial refund. No refund has happened and all of my phone calls, messages, contact requests have been ignored. Dispute through booking.com has also been ignored. It's such a beautiful spot and is such a shame it it's not looked after and the customer service is non existant. I would of loved to have gone back but not after this experience. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

The location is an amazing escape to nature on the weekend such a great idea

The place needs things to help us clean, especially since staying two nights is a must. We have ordered tissue which is strange! These things are a must
