"Excellent little pod with everything needed for a comfortable stay, excellent hot tub and views!"

Rural countryside location with excellent views over the lake with plenty of wildlife to be seen, the excellent outdoor hot tub was amazing and just like the pod it was all very clean, bedding and towels provided were also very fresh smelling and clean.

Moddpods a little closer to each other than I'm used to but apart from that all good can't fault the place for a nice quiet weekend escape.

The peace and tranquility. The whole house boat experience, finished to the highest of standards. The friendly welcome, filled with knowledge about the site. The use of the kayaks were a bonus! Even managed a xold water swim! Cannot recommend this gem of a site highly enough!

No hand wash provided in toilet.
