City Apartments - Hudson Quarter

地點近火車站，非常方便

역에서 가까워 이동이 쉬웠고 새로 지어진 현대식 건물이라 내부 시설이 모두 편리했습니다. 주방이나 화장실, 거실 공간이 비교적 넓었고 깨끗하며 특히 엘리베이터가 있어 편리했습니다. 다음에 요크를 방문하면 이곳에 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다. 좋은 숙소를 제공해주셔서 감사합니다.

Spacious accommodation, short walk from the city center located opposite the train station.

No coffee machine just a kettle, the living room is at street level so you feel a little on display. No air conditioning- unfortunately we were in York during unseasonably hot weather.

The modern look and the gardens around the property were lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Very hot apartment and windows fidly to open. Apartment was quite tatty, lots of scuffs and there was mould in the shower. Just needs a freshen up. Pillows were awful and need replacing Hair dryer provided was a very cheap 1980’s style hairdryer that was so hot it couldn’t be used to dry your hair for very long. The car park they recommended was £40 a night which is ridiculous. Car park just up the road outside the apartments, only a few spaces was £13.95 a night. Think the apartment was expensive but york is pricey.

Moderna, limpa, completa para estar bem e cozinhar, pois tinha todos utensílios necessários.

Sehr funktional, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was wir brauchten, besonders lecker der Tee. Super Lage nahe Bahnhof und Stadtmauer. Rasche gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.

We mostly enjoyed the property. It had a great amount of space with a separate lounge/dining, functional kitchen, nice sized bathroom & reasonable sized bedroom with door through to bathroom (2way). The gardens were lovely with nice seating if weather was good enough to use , it was all an easy walk to everywhere, surrounded by history and a stone throw from the city wall & train station. Office were responsive but instructions are unclear and not helpful.

The key box is hidden away in a doorway beneath part of the old historic wall - hard to find as it's actually opposite side of the street to where Hudson Q is located , look for green evacuation sign (see my first pic). Kitchen had limited cutlery, cleaners weren't great (pic 2) left just one tea towel the other was thrown in laundry. Bring your own shower gel, shampoo & conditioner plus washing powder if you want to use the machine (must say that was great). We left some washing liquid as we only did a couple of loads. Stayed 3 nights, chose here as we like cooking but there's limited kitchen utensils & plates so don't get too adventurous. Bed was comfortable but small (double size) bit of a squeeze when used to large beds.
