Good location for Otley centre. Comfortable bed.

Heating was inadequate, never felt warm enough. If there was heating in the toilet I didn't get it to work.

Off the top of my head can't think of anything.

Too quirky for me, outside light not working, steep internal steps dangerous, ridiculous shower arrangements, no lock on toilet door, heating from two portable electric heaters!! Doesn't feel secure with the arrangements for locking doors, through which you need to get to the toilet during the night. Obviously thek owner is trying her nest to cram everything into a small converted space, I'm too old to be messing about like this sorry !

Great location. Well equipped apartment.

Brilliant location for town and amenities. We were lucky enough to get parked right behind the property as free carpark was full, both times I checked. Very quirky property with super comfy bed and exceptionally quiet location. Everything you would ever need were provided in the property, didn't realise microwave doubled as oven, other than that nothing else was needed. Heaters were adequate, but a couple of throws might be a bonus when just sitting watching tv etc. Met friendly owner very briefly at check in but wasn't sure where to leave keys at checkout? Keysafe might have been better option.

On arrival noticed very strong smell of dogs from upstairs property. This emanated to entrance lobby.😟 Outside security light not working, so coming home at night was difficult to locate the lock. This might be a case of fuse or bulb replacement, but could do with sorting now darker nights are here. Also could I suggest thumb turn lock to exit property, especially in an emergency.
