I liked the location and the decoration in the property, the extra double mattress made it more comfy too. Host was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Property was quiet so no problem sleeping, and there was lots of little extras like toiletries, robes and tea/coffee. The weather turned cold but there were two heaters in the property so warmed up quickly.

Ideal for the town centre

Location was great. Host was lovely.

Smell as you opened front door which permeated into bedroom. Too dark, needed lights on at 3pm even though it didn't go dark until ,8.30. then there was only fairy lights no overhead light. Some people might enjoy the fairy lights. Settee was uncomfortable and dining chair seats were loose. Noise from pipes during night.

Thoughtful touches in room, eg paracetamol, chargers, dvds, fairy lights.

Overpowering smell of dog. Was dark, in a basement - barely any windows. WiFi broken. Dated decor.

Lovely and clean . Great facilities- located a short walk from Otley town centre . Our host was easily contactable and friendly.

It is a basement so not a lot of natural light . Parking is an issue in Otley but you can drop off your gear at the door and park a short distance away . Quite steep steps entering the property if you are bad on your pins !
