A wonderful host, faultless, such a comfortable bed, very clean flat and so close to the town centre. Free parking 50 meters away. Would 100% stay again.

Excellent location and value for money. Very comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Helpful host. Some reviews say there is no oven BUT the microwave does have an oven function - the instructions are slightly tricky to follow but work fine if you persevere.

Too dark in the sitting room . We brought a workman’s lamp after reading reviews. Also useful to bring a hand torch for loo visits during the night.

This is a beautiful, quite quirky apartment. The host supplied loads of extra things that she really didn’t need to e.g. toothpaste etc. which I think is exceptional. It is very comfortable and all facilities are supplied. It is only a few minutes walk to the town centre

Very clean and in a quiet and peaceful location but still close to all amenities.

The property is quite quirky but lovely. Everything I needed was at hand and I have had the best night sleep in a long time. Superb location and so quiet, which contributed to my awesome night sleep.

quirky and character half basement flat up a hill but near to the town centre and within sight of a waitrose store (with cafe). well equipped and clean

there are some steps down which some people might find a challenge. also and unfortunately someone must have stayed with a dog as there was an odour that was hard to clear, oddly especially when it rained. i don’t believe that the basement was damp, but it did need a little temperature boost one evening when it was very wet out. the flat is clearly much loved by its owner and benefits from a. number of nice little touches

The owner was lovely and thought of everything. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.
