Close to centre of Otley

Woken 11-45 pm day before, to be asked what time I would be there. On arrival no one to meet me. At 9-45 pm, on day of arrival, had to phone to ask for my bed to be made up. !!!. The owner came down , ironed my sheets in the bedroom . Only heat - small electric heater , on a cold weekend. Asked for a rubbish bin in kitchen, told to use small bin in bathroom. I paid nearly £180 for two nights stay. Do you think I should ask for my money back ?? Appalled

Bed was comfy when I warmed up

Very hard to find the property..had to ring the. Owner to direct me Very cold and damp even the bed linen was damp Fridge not plugged in No gas heating .only electric heater No oven
