The location was ideal for an early morning swim and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony

The blind on the right hand side of the door did not work properly and the dead plants on the rear balcony were rather depressing

Amazing view from balcony. Great location across the road from the beach and promenade. Close to town. 3 minutes walk from De La Warr pavilion. 10 minutes walk from Bexhill station.

The location is perfect. It's so lovely to sit and watch the sea gently come and go from the living area or balcony, and then have a stroll along the front. A beautifully quiet spot too, but near to local restaurants, pubs and shops when needed.

Lock box is always an easy option, was located a little low on the front wall - Convenient parking on the front, close to the main shopping street.

Arriving late evening/night (no light) to see the key code, having to use your mobile phone and crouching to see the numbers to open the box. Having to pay for the parking during 8am to 6pm (a parking permit would be better). Three doors to get to the accommodation.
