Very clean, wonderfully located

This property was spacious and clean and in an excellent location.

Great location, good WiFi, spacious, excellent shower.

Wasn't the cleanest place, bed was pretty uncomfortable - anyone over 6ft will have to sleep diagonally due to the bed being short with a timber frame at the bottom, the plug in the kitchen sink didn't seal so washing up was more of a chore than usual, tenant in the above flat is quite noisy, and don't expect a lie in as the communal door slams regularly!

Only a few stairs to climb.

The host treated guests as her employees 😀 with out sorry, with out good will until the guest uploaded the proof of her engineer tried to reset this ancient boiler. …

There was no hot water and the host ask me to check it like we were her cleaner……she still said” oh is it because four of you were having showers one after each other?” “The previous guest had no complaint about the water”. Except me, you mean we make your boiler stopped working????????? Your engineer came to reset your boiler and your boiler was locked inside the storage room, how can we break it????????? Are you in sin????? then no apologies and kept refusing to admit her boiler was broken…until I uploaded the engineer who came to fix the boiler… I told her I already complained and checked out 1 day early… she just doesn’t listen and doesn’t wanted to listen. Asked for refund just for half of our stay, no refund. I am really sorry, me, as your guest, didn’t do a great job to make you happy 🙃
