Historic Location, Private Parking, Ground Floor Luxury Flat

Location was excellent, very central

Great location just in the city centre and by the train station.

The beds are really not comfy. The one in the bedroom is tiny and the sofa bed is so hard, you practically sleep on wires. We asked the host for an extra mattress a few times and he refused to provide one, so one of us slept on the floor for 3 nights. Not great value for money.

Ideal location to town and train station. Very clean with all amenities ground floor flat with only a couple of stairs to flat. A very spacious flat with everything you need near town very good for price. Would stay again.

Sofa bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but I've slept on worse.

Luxury it was not. Very shabby. Door handles in need of repair. Lounge suite badly stained. Stains on walls. Very noisy as on a thoroughfare close to a night club. New pillows required. Bed very low. No information folder on how to use appliances. Particularly the washing machine. And the biggest fail was the shower. Whilst the water pressure was excellent. Unable to regulate the hot water. It was down right dangerous.

The location is very good. This city should change its name from luxury to budget! Over charges for what it offers!

Not clean well, a lot of dust and the carpet was not clean ( fitted empty can and cork from a beer bottle in the living room) Dirty sofa with marks of gums Tv and WiFi do not work I was copley about that. It takes 7 days for the host to "kindly" response ( do not fix the problem ) Kuchenne, broken knife ( just that one was available), old dirty frying pan, broken door handle. Bedroom Overuse old bedding. Bathroom Nice big shower, but it's very difficult to on and off the water. the heating was turned off.

Didn’t realise it was in a block of flats so heard front door slamming a few times whilst in bed. Also the postie was banging on the front door at 7am to drop a parcel off and wouldn’t leave till we got up and opened the door!

Great location, having the car park was a great bonus as parking in the area is quite expensive.

The property is in need of a bit of tlc, chipped paint, door handles coming off, bathroom lock needing replaced. The sofa bed has got to be the most uncomfortable thing ever, it would be great to have a matters topper as it felt like we were sleeping on springs. There was no bottle opener, bin bags and only 1 toliet roll for 4 people staying two nights so we had to go out and purchase more. The heating is roasting in the bathroom but freezing in the living room where the sofa bed is, we had to sleep with the electric heater on which was very temperamental. The hot water only does enough for 1 person showering, we followed the instructions about resetting the water boiler with the boost button but this didn’t work. We tried to contact the landlord as we were short of towels, we were told they would be delivered but no one came. When folding the sofa bed out we noticed lots of rubbish inside the bed from cans of beer to packets of crisps, the sofa was also stained.
