Can't stress enough it was great, but there is just a few things that let it down, one couch heavily stained, drawers in kitchen hanging off. But all. In all not bad and was very clean.

The whole thing was great, lovely clean spacious accommodation, great location, so close to everything, parking outside the door included . Plus dog friendly. Great value for money too. Thank you so much will stay again if we are back in Aberdeen.

Can be a bit noisy outside on a night as you are literally in the town centre so its to be expected, but didn’t really bother us.

Location was excellent.

It was freezing radiators didn’t work and had to call owner to get more heat. Bed was so uncomfortable we had to move to a hotel on our last night, extra expense but necessary due to lack of sleep!

The location was perfect right in the city centre. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom floor close to union square and the railway station we will be back

An instruction manual for the cooker and hob would have been helpful as we were not sure how it worked the blinds in the living room opened and closed at the top I'm only 5ft in height so had to stand on a chair to open and. Close them .

Excellent location and free parking. Good size.

A few broken fittings which needed fixing.

A very central location without being on a main-street, very quiet and comfortable. No need for taxis, everything is within walking distance for a short stay. Communication with owner was very good.

Only one comment on "what we didn't like" the storage heater in the front room did not work, front room was very cold for our stay in November.
