Very good location, close to everything, available parking spot.

Contacted the owner multiple times for different issues: bathroom sink had a slow drain, light switch in the living room didn’t work, the blinds is the living room cannot be adjusted, dirty mattress on the extensible bed in the living room, not enough towels

We liked the size of the apartment and the proximity to the city center. It was clean and tidy. We also liked the large walk in shower and heated bathroom floor.

Only the heater in the hallway worked, despite the high temperature set in the apartment it was rather cool. This does not mean, however, that it was cold, so I would not consider it a big negative. The biggest inconvenience was probably not very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

What a gem of a place! Perfect location, sparkly clean and super friendly host. Will be back very soon.

Everything was awesome but if I had to be picky, the mattress wasn't the best. I'm used to sleeping on a thick mattress so it wasn't the comfiest of sleeps. I would return so it can't be that bad I suppose. If its something you would consider (a really thick super comfy mattress) then that would be amazing 😊

The location was ideal for eating out in central Aberdeen & the location to the train station was perfect.

The main living room was very cold, the heater didn’t work all the time we were there, and when we arrived every window in the apartment was open. The outside light & stairwell light didn’t work at night time, was on through the day but not at nighttime, I didn’t like having to go back after dark & go in through a car park into a pitch black stairwell to get into apartment. The bed was very uncomfortable & the pillows were awful quality & as flat as a sheet of paper, came home with sore neck/back & hips. Tv Signal wasn’t the best. Generally we felt the apartment was lacking TLC, and we wouldn’t stay here again just because of the above mentioned. Reading back through the reviews from 6 months ago & the same issues seem to have been pointed out then but obviously have not been addressed.

Right in centre of town. Well laid out and good sized. Parking (not guaranteed as limited spaces but secure). Dog friendly. Comfortable bed. Nice personal touches and good communication from owner.

Ground floor meant car headlights shining through blinds for living room/sofa bed. Noise of revellers passing which is only to be expected being near licenced premises (but quietened down after pubs closed)

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and very clean. Parking available right at the door and 1 minute from the shops. Great location. And gifted a lovely bottle of red wine to help enjoy our stay. We will 100% be back on our next trip to Aberdeen

There was nothing not to like.

I don't need candy or a bottle of wine. I need a flat that's available when promised, especially when the host doesn't consider requests for early check-in. Kitchen supplies like a roll of paper towel, a frying pan that doesn't look like it was pulled from a landfill, a normal sized kitchen rubbish bin with at least a couple of bags for a multi-day stay, a bathroom sink that drains, a functioning clock, a clothes drying rack that doesn't have one leg broken off.
