The apartment was lovely, it felt safe and secure. I liked that my car was in a private car park. The apartment was so close to York city centre. The decore was moden and generally clean. The shower was really beautiful, fantastic power and a choice of the overhead shower or handheld shower head. I find in most apartments I've stayed in the power of the shower is poor but here it was so good! The apartment had plenty of mirrors which can sometimes be hard to come by in vacation stays, along with plenty of plug sockets to use which is very handy. The kitchen had everything you would need, which was perfect for our stay. The apartment even has a tiny laundry closet with a washer and dryer which I think is superb for a vacation stay. The hallways leading to the apartment were very clean and smelt nice. Overall I would definitely stay here again but only if I could sleep in the double bed in the bedroom and NOT have to endure the terrible discomfort of the sofa bed.

There wasn't any oven gloves to use. The advert for this apartment states there is a sofa bed which there is but I would highly advise against sleeping on this, its absolutely terrible! In the living room and bedroom there were huge windows which opened extremely wide which was fantastic for allowing fresh air in but the windows were disgusting they desperately needed cleaning and considering they could be cleaned both inside and outside from the inside of the apartment I found this disappointing. I think the building for this apartment is very well insulated and so for me personally it was a little too hot but I was saved by the huge windows which opened so very wide! I maybe a little OCD but I do think the cleaning could have been done better, by this I mean hoovering under the sofa, cleaning the dust off of the top of the fabric headboard on the bed, just little things like that. It was disappointing that items supplied for the sofa bed were 2 very small blankets, no duvet and just 2 pillows without and any cases.

Good location easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Clean and comfortable.

Brilliant location with secure parking, a very short walk to centre, lots of restaurants and bars near by. Apartment was lovely, had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable.

It was on a lower floor, so there was a bit of street noise. Construction works nearby, so it's was a bit dusty...

Excellent location! It is very easy to get to attractions, historic sites, and restaurants. The entire apartment was clean and well presented. The lounge and dining area was very comfortable.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and so we didn't really get the best sleep for the 2 nights we were there.
