Die Schlüsselübergabe hätte einfacher sein können. Oder man hätte sie vorher informieren können. Wir haben unnötigerweise etwa eine Stunde gewartet.
BEDit appartement moet het hebben van locatie, locatie, locatie. Het ligt vlak bij het metrostation Abbey Wood, er is een Sainsbury tegenover en een klein winkeltje ook. Het is gezellig druk in de buurt zonder té druk te zijn. Het appartement (op het eerste verdiep) is zeer ruim. Grote living/keuken, grote badkamer, twee slaapkamers. Het heeft in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kan koken, je kan wassen, je kan douchen. De bedden zijn comfortabel. Er is een gigantische (!) smart-tv met alle streamingdiensten.
Ondanks of misschien omwille van de ruimte die je hebt, mist het wat in gezelligheid. Een staande lamp naast de zetel zou welkom zijn. Hier en daar een kleurrijke toets toevoegen. Een nachtlamp in de kleine slaapkamer zou niet mis staan. Het servies, de potten en het bestek waren niet proper. De badmatten waren nog nat. Dat vonden we niet zo aangenaam. Ook de handdoeken waren niet helemaal gedroogd. De waterkoker zag er zeer vies uit. De zetel in de living is een uitklapbed. Als zetel zit hij (voor ons) hard en oncomfortabel. We hebben hem niet nodig gehad als bed. Er waren gelukkig wel kussens genoeg, dus we konden die kussens gebruiken om iets zachter te zitten. De gastheer hebben we nooit gezien. Communicatie verliep via whatsapp. De sleutel lag aan de binnenkant van het open raam. Dat had iets persoonlijker gekund.

The heaters in the living room we couldn’t figure out so it was a little cold in there but that was the only negative!

The towels and kettle needs changing urgently, we couldn’t use them as it was so disgusting, the floor in front of the bathroom needs replacing as well.
GBThe location was ideal, just a two minute walk from the train station. Easy access to the Elizabeth Line and the tube. The apartment was clean and tidy, very fresh just cleaned smell. Ideal size for 4 adults. All in one kitchen/diner/sitting room was well equipped with everything you need. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with an over bath shower had plenty of room.
I didn't like that the apartment was in need of some repairs and decorating. There were visible signs of wear and tear throughout the apartment. The whole place was in need of a fresh coat of paint to cover the scuffs and scratches. The radiator in the larger bedroom room nearly fell off the wall, it needed to be fixed and secured properly. We had to find some screwdrivers to fix the hanging pole in the wardrobe before we could hang up clothes. The front door needed a new lock as this one was difficult to open. Every time we went out we couldn't use the Yale lock because we didn't have a key, property owner said it always sticks so you're better off not using it. The second lock needed to have the key jiggled until it fell in the correct position to unlock the door.
