Vale House

The property is in a great location with easy access into London with the train network. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Dave was a really nice host and provided us with clear instructions for the house. It has great off street parking.

The front door was difficult to open, the house smelt unpleasant and needs a deep clean. The windows and blinds were filthy and it was dirty and sticky in the kichen cupbords, especially where half used food items had been left by previous guests. Ripped and worn carpets and furniture need replacing. The upstairs landing carpet was a trip hazard. It was very cold in the bathroom on the ground floor which was two flights of stairs away from the bedrooms. The garden could be made more appealing or at very least the dirty cigarette ends removed.

This is a very generous house, the space is amazing and worked perfectly for our family of 5 and dog.

Generally in need of a lick of paint, new carpets and front door was tricky to open.

Had everything we needed, was nice and warm. The owner even put up a Christmas tree for us on request which was awesome.
