I don’t even know where to start! …the apartment was very hard to find when I first arrived, they staff were not helpful at all. The apartment was absolutely filthy! The bed was so badly worn in I was full sure it was going to break any night! There was no WiFi either

Appartment was so central it was perfect, super close to lovely restaurants and located very close to small convience stores for food , there was absaloutly everything we needed in the appartment it is very modern and spotless !!

Really the only complaint I have is that the windows are very old therefore it was noisey from very early in the morning from the sound of delivery trucks and traffic , the seagulls and a guy replacing a window frame were also plain to hear I would think there could be a preservation order on the building therefore making it harder to change windows ??

we book a two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed as a 3rd bed we ended up with one bed and a sofa bed it was a joke been offies no compensation we where told we had an upgrade to a better area which is a lie as the apartment we booked was in the next road

The original apartment that we booked had been trashed the night before. They moved us to another apartment not far away. It was a quiet spot. The fire alarm went off on the first night but everything else was perfect. Craig who worked in the main office was excellent and really helpful.

Only issue other than the fire alarm going off was BBC1 on the TV had no sound, all other channels were perfect.

Closed every where,shops,restaurant,bar ....

spacious, two bedrooms and a living/kitchen area with sofa bed, modern, clean and comfortable, one en suite and one other bathroom. perfect central location, great value

a little noisy when others moving around the halls or upstairs but not overly disruptive
