had the worst experience with this agent since day one receptionists attitude was unprofessional and the property doesn’t match the pictures AND LASTLY they accused me of stealing £500 and harassed me horribly with their calls and texts. they asked me to pay a security deposit of £100 which I paid in cash and was handed it in cash in an envelope with my name. then they called me harassing me and telling me that the envelope I took had £500 and not £100 and that they will take their money back from my bank account. they also claimed that I didn’t pay my deposit in cash, and when I asked to check the cameras to prove that I paid in cash, they refused and showed me a receipt that doesn’t match any of my card details.

Lots of noise from other apartments and outside made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

I liked the fact we could make our own food when we wanted and could come and go as we pleased. It is worth staying in an apartment with kids

We appreciated the extra space an apartment afforded us over a hotel room and the balcony view was beautiful.

The WiFi never worked the entire time we were there. The TV barely worked the entire time we were there. The apartment building was presented badly – lobby and lift area in particular. The apartment was badly maintained (door handles falling out of doors, things missing, etc) There was no plug for the bath, so the bath couldn't be used the entire time we were there. No oven gloves were provided. No detergent was provided for use with the washing machine. Shower was leaking from the pipe and temperamental – sometimes running cold and other times really hot. The apartment was noisy. We had a visitor late one night (around 8-9 pm) who first tried the door then knocked, and had apparently come to look at the WiFi. He seemed surprised to find us there, then left saying he'd be back in a few minutes – we never saw him again. Despite a message detailing many of these issues nothing was done to resolve any of them.

everything, it was really a great apartment with a very helpful and caring staff easy and flexible check in and check out very clean, quiet and cozy place, the location is spectacular, just a short walking distance from city center and the coffee shops down the building is beautiful and also there is s hair salon down the apartment I really enjoyed the staying hopefully to come again.

The lift was broken sometimes which made it difficult to go upstairs for 3 floors. the internet was slow.
