New York Loft Style Serviced Apartment In Liverpool City Centre

The receptionist has a bad attitude maybe because I am not English.

The apartment is spacious but have several problems.

The company changed my booking from a different location hours before my arrival. Even that the new apartment was nice and spacious, it is located right next to an open bar that opens 7 days a week and there is super loud music every day from 8 pm to 3 am. It is impossible to rest in that place. We ask for more toilet paper and never received. Their blinds are just awful and there is light always (from the pub).

It was very spacious and quiet for an apartment. It was also right in the city center and was within walking distance from everything you'd need. The kitchen was also fairly well equipped however needs more cooking utensils like a spatula.

The neighbour smoked weed constantly so the hallway outside the apartment stunk of marajuana constantly. You couldn't smell it inside the flat but it was very strong as soon as you stepped outside the door.

The staff holding my kids 2 ransom as was told it was 100 pound damage on arrival when booking 2 then not b given entry until they paid 250 then waiting 5 weeks to receive it back

Property name says New York Loft Style Serviced Apartment. There was NO service provided. Many of the lights, lamps, dishwasher didn’t work. The dining chairs were in poor condition- one actually collapsed. The supply of toilet paper, soap, shampoo was completely inadequate (1 of each) for three adults staying seven days. A washing machine but no detergent provided There was no hairdryer despite it being listed in the facilities. No remote for the upstairs television. A frypan but no kitchen utensils to enable use. Vertical blinds on main window were non operational and left us exposed to the neighbouring building which was only a few metres away and is a restaurant with large windows and people able to clearly see us morning and night. Furthermore upon arrival we found half empty bottles of soft drinks on the couch.

Great apartment space. A very convenient location.

The oven door exploded on first use. Maintenance was offered upon my complaint but I didn’t want the intrusion as I had opted to stay here for peace and quiet outside of work. Didn’t want to make a fuss but there were shards scattered everywhere. Could have been a lot worse if I was in the kitchen. No broom for the dustpan to sweep up the shards so used the long broom. The television downstairs would not work sometimes either due to no reception. The television upstairs had no remote and I was informed that it wasn’t supposed to be there anyway. Aside from that, I really liked the layout of the apartment.
