"Clean and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance to city centre"

Comfortable and well equipped. Just 10-15 minutes walk into centre of Belfast. Good option for family sightseeing.

Residential area felt a little run down on first impression but it was actually very quiet and my daughter, granddaughter and I felt very safe staying there.

"Pleasant"

The apartment was in a handy location. Near a children's park, tesco and plenty of take aways., 10 min from the titanic museum and W5

Some windows didn't close properly so a bit noisy and cold.. Condensation in the kids room was dripping from the windows. Washing machine was full of washed towels when we arrived there was nowhere to hang them or dry them.

"It was great we’d definelty stay again"

Everything was nice and ready , beds were comfortable location was amazing

Only one shower worked , dirty floors , heating wouldn’t higher up . No toiletries where provided .

Modern ground floor apartment with everything we could need. Beds were super comfy. Parking right outside the door. Keycode to enter so no fear of losing the key. Very close to shops / restaurants, bit of a walk into the city centre but all on the flat so enjoyable stroll. Good value for money for the space we had so close to centre

Bit of difficulty finding the place as the number on the door wasn't very easy to spot, but the host was contactable by phone and was sorted quickly. Had some difficulty getting the heating to kick in, had to Google some videos - maybe the host could leave better instructions for guests going forward, but got it sorted. Not really something the host can help with but beware of noisy seagulls!

Location was good for access to Belfast City. Parking at front door also a bonus

Had a bit of an issue with no hot water when we booked in but to his credit the owner got that fixed for us fairly quickly.
