the property was very nice and homely

the toilet was blocked from the time we arrived was told that they could not come and unblock it very disappointed

Perfect little ground-floor apartment a short stroll from shops/bars/restaurants. Contained everything that we needed and had free parking at the door. We visited during freezing weather and the apartment was a very warm refuge after tramping the Christmas Market. Key pad for entry, so no worries about losing keys.

Very clean, warm and cosy, home from home, close to shops, bars and restaurants 👌

Location was excellent and accommodation was very clean

Didn't like that it took over 5 hours for host to get in contact with regarding a shower door. The shower door wouldn't open as there was a no handle. We eventually got it opened after 3 hours of trying. It meant that 3 people we late for a booking in town. Contacted the staff on booking.com and rang their contact number, didn't get a response until 5 hours after and no one still came out to fix the door.
