Good location, great standard of apartment, secure parking

Nothing! I guess the price is a bit high but then it’s December and it’s a nice place in a good location

Convenient location just a short walk from the train station and into the main part of York. Great facilities and very comfortable for 2 people. Also appreciated the tea and coffee available.

Quite an excessive number of emails, and the self-check in (finding lock box and getting used to the various gates) was a little complicated, but not difficult once you get used to it

The location was very central. The flat felt very secure, clean and modern. Provided lots of information about how to enter the building. The WiFi was superb and the tv worked great. There was enough crockery in the kitchen and a dishwasher to use. The shower was great and all the usual shampoo conditioner etc was provided.

I think adding more photos to the entry instructions would really help as they were quite long winded. It wasnt clear on the listing that the parking would be an extra fee per night. Make sure there is a sponge to wash dishes with and make it clear which one it is.

The property was really central to everything. It was also really secure in a gated community. It was really modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Also the host really kept in touch and gave us plenty opportunities to contact them. We would definitely come back to here and recommend to our family and friends.

The only thing we didn’t like and it’s a really small thing is that couch and chair in living area were not comfortable to sit on.

Nice spacious apartment in quiet area close to the train station. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy food and drink.

The instructions could have been clearer to find the lock box. There are development works happening between the train station and the apartment but the instructions weren’t updated. Lifts were very slow. Too many emails.

Everything fantastic,sofa just wasn’t very comfy and just looked a little bit tired.
