Spacious property which was ideal for what we wanted.

Only draw back was for the amount of people there’s only 1 bathroom, getting ready or needing the loo is a little tricky when you have a big party.

The location was excellent It had milk, tea and coffee which was very useful

No freezer in the fridge Only one toilet and considering it can have up to 9 people, one toilet is not enough

Location was great for Chester , nice size accommodation.

Nothing , fridge was a little dirty but nothing to spoil our trip

Excellent location, lots of restaurants very close by; town and shops like tesco were also very close by. Staff on the phone were very friendly.

The room with three beds had very uncomfortable mattresses, even accounting for the narrowness of single beds, both my sister and I woke up with backaches each morning. Cleanliness was also a concern: we noticed cobwebs and spiders in several rooms upon arrival, and the bathroom toilet roll had a strange brown stain. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, which didn’t go away during our stay. Additionally, some of the towels provided were stained, which was disappointing. With some improvements in cleanliness and bedding comfort, this place has potential. We hope future guests have a better experience as these issues are addressed.

Lovely accommodation in the perfect location.

Location was superb, bedrooms and beds clean.

There were a few broken items, blinds in kitchen and bathroom, broken shower water lead, broken corner on bath, picture above the fireplace. We didn't need it but the fireplace doesn't work. The plates, cups, glasses and cutlery were rather dirty and coffee rings on the cupboard shelf, presumably from the badly washed coffee cups. There was no washing up liquid (despite it saying there would be cleaning materials there) or tea towels so I wondered if someone had made do without. There was a used baking tray in the oven. The property was also rather lacking in facilities, no freezer not even an ice tray in the fridge. No dishwasher. No coffee machine or caffetiere. I didn't try to cook there but only a limited selection of pots and pans. Most of the cupboards were completely empty. In summary the property was passable for 3 nights but I wouldn't have been happy for longer because of the limited facilities. Id say the beds were nearing the end of their lives but were clean and clean towels The shower was small but powerful.

Location is excellent. Floors freshly mopped when we arrived. Comfortable beds. Tea & coffee provided. Requested fans as it was so hot, which were shortly delivered to the property. Good value for money. Easy to contact when we were at the property.

A few things not very clean such as fridge and shower. No tea towels to dry up. Top room extremely hot and had a broken fan (which was gratefully replaced). One bathroom is difficult for a large group, but manageable.
