"It was big enough for the seven of us and was homely"

The sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and the big room

we couldn’t watch the TV because the remote control wasn’t working and the sky box was working but needed the smart card which was not there. So the stay with children and no TV wasn’t cool enough . The small room had no Wi-Fi and network connection.

"Beautiful place for a girls trip to Bath"

Beautiful place to stay - super girly which we loved! made the perfect place for a girls trip to bath. Very close to the city centre. The staff were very helpful and quick at responding.

Some of the kitchenware were a bit dirty and had to be re-washed before use. However, we think this might have been from the dishwasher rather than the staff not cleaning them properly. Other than that we have no complaints! everything else was amazing:)

the location for the centre of Bath was great

Heating failed on the first night as the thermostat had been removed and despite logging a complaint via booking.com, was not rectified to the following day. dried food marks on the sofa, left over food in the fridge.

Great space. Clean, well furnished and stylish. Superb location

More space to hang towels. Family of two adults and two teens...a towel rail would have been nice. Hanging space in the small bedroom rather than a big chest of drawers. Small things!
