It was dirty and not ready/clean upon arrival. All beds were used/dirty. Needed to move elsewhere.

Location was fantastic. Flat is very big.

Not very clean and lots of damp. Also we got locked in which was quite scary. Had to get a random person to help and slide the keys under the door.

Perfect location to access absolutely everything we needed, amazingly decorated. Quirky and the hosts were extremely responsive to everything we needed. Clear check in instructions.

When we arrived there was still old food and items left from the previous tenants, no tea towels or toilet roll which was a slight oversight. Cleaners turned up early on check out and left huge bags in our way which wasn't an issue but was just a tiny inconvenience.

It is very well decorated, it was easy to pick up the keys and the location is very good

The apartment is not advertise as a to be in a basement. We found it very cold and humid, the bed sheets were humid it was really uncomfortable. We arrived on a Sunday and only had a response on Monday, to instruct us about heating that we could not manage ourselves. I would expect that the house would be found heated or at least not humid.. There is almost no natural light. We were 5 so having only 1 shower was difficult to manage and had a Problem with shower tap. Couldn't adjust water temperature. Water too hot. There was no hairdyer, could not find iron and iron table, no toiletries. They provide one large towel per person but advises us about dirtying the towel (?) it cannot have any stains? No stains of make-up etc etc, other wise they use the deposit. A towel should be to clean yourself after a shower I cannot be worried if rests of my makeup are going to stain the towel (never heard fo this before) The small room had almost no Wi-Fi and network connection. The kitchenware is incomplete and only had 3 tea cups and dirty and had to be re-washed before use.

Wonderfully furnished, very comfortable. Quirky layout, felt very homely.

The second ‘bedroom’ which was a converted bathroom - quite claustrophobic and airless.
