Perfect for a large group, spacious and central. Management quick to respond.

Missing a few small details: amenities (shower gel etc), ground coffee but no facilities to make, missing duvet cover).

Great location to City Center. Comfort apartment for family gathering

Problem with shower tap. Can't adjust water temperature. Water too hot. And only one bath room available that may not well support for whole family.

Cleanliness

The access and exit instructions were not clear. Not everyone is conversant with IT and digital messaging system, so we badly felt the need for a direct phone call to speak to someone for assistance. However the provided phone number for the property did not work and was going to voicemail only. This was very frustrating particularly with wife and children. The heating was not working so I tried to reach over the phone but to no avail. Also sent email but didn’t get response during the two days of our stay. We all had to put up without the heating. The deposit of £250 has still not been released despite leaving the apartment four days ago. This is affecting our cash flow.

"A beautiful property in a fantastic location!"

excellent location. Decor was beautiful. it was large and spacious for the size of our party.

the water in the shower was at scolding point and no matter what we did we couldn’t turn the temperature down, at times it was quite dangerous standing under it. you also need Prosecco glasses, we were surprised that you didn’t have any when most female adults drink Prosecco nowadays.

location is really good, shops, restaurants, park! flat is huge, lots of room, but in leaving room and kitchen no phone signal or internet! I it’s ground floor I believe! beds was really comfortable!

no parking, table in the leaving room was so visible ( broken) , found someone underwear’s under my bed in dust!

Beautifully decorated with all amenities. Perfect walking distance to shops and bars! Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend here!! Will definitely be back
