"Good location, bad cleaning!"

The location was brilliant. The property looks a little tired, a chunk missing from a mirror, the edging of the dining table falling off, small things really but unfortunately had more of an impact when we attempted to use the sofa bed in the lounge- we opened it up to find two crusty dirty socks within in, and two large patches of staining - something very questionable had been spilt. There was food remnants under the coffee table and a vape packet. It looked very much like there were areas that had not been cleaned but not even from the previous stay - Possibly quite a few visits before ours. All of the dirt / dust / remnants looked to have been there a while. Really put a downer on a 50th birthday weekend and made the rest of the apartment feel a bit grubby.

"Beside of the one bathroom, we were very enjoying to stay here."

It is clean and comfortable for a group of 8.

The only one bath room was not enough for 8 persons. It will be better if there will be 2 bathrooms, in stead.
