Location is fab

The colours of the property and the location were nice, the couches and beds were comfortable

The property listing is very unclear about the two sets of stairs in the property, this caused unexpected difficulties as one member of our group is on crutches from a broken foot and we could have prepared better. Also the owners didn't inform us of other issues with the property as: The bathroom had obvious mold spots both inside the shower and behind the towel rack with either zero or very poor ventilation as the installed fan had no signs of airflow and the dehumidifier couldn't be taken inside the room due to cable length The dishwasher didn't turn on so we had to wash dishes for 5 people by hand The kitchen lights were mostly nonfunctional and had to rely on a single ceiling light and lamp for light in the kitchen A broken plug in the large bedroom, hole in the carpet in the living room, tilted bedframes, broken shelf in the lobby and chip in the lobby mirror.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Excellent location. Quiet

No criticism of anything

A beautiful, well appointed apartment right in the centre of Bath. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and had an amazing trip. The wine fridge was a bonus and we will definitely be back!

Parking was about a 10 min walk away so might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

It is centrally located and equipped with all appliances we need. Beautiful place to stay

It is located in the basement so mind the stairs especially if you bring big luggages like we do

Beautifully and elegantly decorated with original features that far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Private space. Duplex layout was a lovely feature. Within city centre, so perfect location. Customer service was excellent - messages were responded to promptly. Will stay again.

Perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a dehumidifier or extractor fan.

The flat is a little gem, perfectly located for staying in Bath - very near to the shopping street, many restaurants and right on top of some of the top tourist attractions. That said, it is quiet at night! It is well laid out and perfectly equipped and the host was very communicative in advance about anything that wasn't working so there were no surprises and she checked in throughout our stay. The decor is lovely and all the rooms were really comfortable and cleverly set up to maximise the space.

Really nothing bad. The only issue for us was the shower is very hard to turn to a cooler temperature and my Mum found it too hot to wash her hair. However, I have mentioned it to the owner and am sure it will be looked at as she was so responsive.

The location was perfect and very central close to everything. The bigger room was super spacious and the beds were unbelievably comfortable.

The kitchen strip light didn’t work so was quite dark in the evenings and morning. The shower facilities smelt slightly damp on arrival and needed airing out and the place in general needed a slightly better clean as the floors had damp / mould spots and bitty. Photos look slightly outdated and could do with some love.

I wasn’t aware that it was 3 flights of stairs I had two elderly people with me, but they did fine. They also told me that it would be nice to have laundry instructions
