Beautiful 2 Bedroom 3 actual beds House with WiFi by PureStay

Apartment was very spacious, enough for 8 people. Beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was easy and the communication with the host very good.

Only one proper bathroom, a few too many stairs.

Really appreciated the kind, responsive communication from the property management. This was a last-minute booking for us after another one fell through, and they were very accommodating. Location is great, an easy walk from just about everything you'll want to do in Bath. One bathroom is very spacious, the other is just a toilet in a closet. Kitchen is also quite roomy with a dishwasher. Altogether a comfortable stay.

The set-up of this property is very strange, as it is below ground. You'll walk downstairs to a floor of bedrooms, then down another flight of stairs to a living/kitchen area. Not a minus, exactly, just sort of odd and unexpected. We also had a mix-up after check-out where the cleaner couldn't find where we left the keys (though we left them exactly where instructed), but this got sorted out before long.

It was a short walking distance to the city centre.

Not clean enough? The bottom of the beds were not cleaned probably so it’s full of dust in the carpet. Some of us have hayfever so everyone was sneezing nonstop.

House and location

Communication from purestay. Stayed in a fair few places with my family but the communication from the team has been poor. If I hadn't emailed on the Sunday I don't think I'd have received any communication from you and not be able to gain access. No information guide/book which would of been helpful.

The property is located in the Bath city centre, short distance to walk to different attractions. The house is very tidy and clean. Big enough for 6-8 people, good for family. Will defo come back again.
