Location and space

Not much sun light

The bathroom was a long way from bedrooms. The bathroom was very mouldy and the water was scorching hot.

The location is perfect for exploring Bath. The place is large and the lounge is pleasant. The 3 storey layout is quirky

The bathroom is disgusting. Black mould everywhere, the shower head doesn't stay in place and the temperature can’t be adjusted so it’s really hot! I see this has been mentioned in previous comments but still not rectified. I also requested a hand towel for everyone which they refused to provide…. We had one bath towel each and there was a hand towel for the sink for each of the two toilets. This isn’t great when you want to wash your hair! Champagne flute glasses would also have been nice as we were celebrating a birthday. Again this was refused

Good location.

1 of the bed in the big room needs tightened, lights needed a good clean and upstairs was cold. Diffusers sticks are full of dust. Shower we didn’t use. Didn’t look very clean. Mould etc. constantly dripped.

Great location and spacious apartment.

The apartment was extremely damp (dehumidifier filled up every 2 hours) and had an extensive mould problem (a wooden chopping board in the kitchen was covered in mould, black mould in the bathroom, mould coming through the tiles). All three of us developed chesty coughs during our stay that lingered after we left. We actively avoided spending time in the accommodation because it was so bad. Contacted customer service but did not hear back about how this would be addressed. See attached photos.

Fab location, loads of space, comfortable beds and pillows, well equipped kitchen, a fun quirky basement apartment, perfect for a fun weekend in Bath.

The shower was boiling hot and we couldn't seem to turn the heat down. The shower head was difficult to position and keep in a sensible position.

The location was good.

1.The description did not mention the property was 2 floors below the entry. Inconvenient for Senior guests. 2. No manual or contact with local contact made operation of appliances problematic. 3. PureStay only returned the advance on 10th day after reminders instead of stated 5 days after vacations.

The communication was good, the location was ideal, with good food and drink close at hand and a short walk to the centre of Bath. The property was big enough and nicely decorated.

We had booked the accommodation for 5 based on the fact that there was 5 beds, but there was no linen for the 5th bed. This was resolved for our second night, but not for our first, which was disappointing. While it was spacious and clean, it is a little tired. It worked for what we needed, but for a group of 5 it's a pity there was only one shower.
