Nothing but you do need to be prepared for hills 😂 Saying that though the views were stunning and well worth the climb!

Beautiful apartment in a stunning house in picturesque surroundings with panoramic views of Matlock Bath. Comfortable bed and sofas. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended.

To be brutally honest, for me, the hill up to the property is very steep and car parking could be tricky for some people, but the hosts cannot help these minor issues and the property is well worth the walk up the hill.

Richard and Cathy were very welcoming hosts. They greeted us and provided a great folder with local activities, places to eat and advice. The accommodation was in a quiet location but still close to the town and had breathtaking countryside views. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and they kindly left us a sweet treat. The family definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again!

It was a shame we couldn't stay longer because we really enjoyed our weekend trip.

Very clean, well presented and thoughtfully kitted out. Extremely comfy bed.

Minor niggle of parking. Glad we brought our smaller car as would have found it more difficult to park otherwise. Yet, location was great, and views excellent.

Parking is interesting I would not choose a large car to park in the very narrow .road,
