Proximity to town but far enough away to be quiet Views from lounge

Quite cold in the morning as no instructions left as to how to turn up the heating, only a request that we contact the host for further help or light the log burner.

The apartment was lovely, it was in a great location with a beautiful sea view from the living area. The host Patricia was very accommodating and nothing was an issue. The living area was so spacious and there were even toys left for our daughter to play with.

There was lots of space. The kids enjoyed playing hide and seek. The beds and bedding were comfy. The shower had good pressure. There was a washing machine and second toilet which made the trip even easier with a family. I loved the prints and surf boards on the wall.

The location of the property for our group was perfect. We walked several times each day, to and from town, down to the beach and pier and back again. If you have reduced mobility this might be trickier (but no more than most places in Cromer as all accommodation is higher up the hill than the beach). The beds were all immaculately made, comfy with plenty of bedding and fresh towels provided too. All were good quality. The welcome hamper was very well received, thanks to the hosts for this. We had one small issue while we were there but the hosts did try their best to sort this out and were great to us about it.

Nothing, we loved it. Again, if you have reduced mobility it might not be for you as internally there were stairs. It seemed wherever you needed to go inside you needed to up or down stairs, but this just made us laugh.
