Glide Surf Casa

This place is amazing, we did not want to leave! The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and common areas, well equipped kitchen, and a wonderful location - right by the beach, and Cromer itself is a great place to stay - we were meant to drive but couldn't and the train station is a 6min walk from the property, and there is a bus service around the corner which takes you to Wells in one direction and Norwich in the other. The view of the sea from the living room is beautiful. The internet is reliable (my sister had to work for a day and had no issues making video calls). Can't fault this place and will definitely be coming back!

The property was beyond perfect, we felt very at home. The views were amazing from the upstairs windows and the fact the living space is over three floors made it more spacious for our family of 5. Patricia was a lovely host and checked in with us when we arrived and before we left, we also had a welcome hamper on arrival which we were really touched with. The location of the property was in walking distance to the beach and town and couldn’t have been better for our children. The home is clean and luxurious, we can’t wait to return again!

Location perfect for railway station, Morrisons supermarket, beach, and the centre of town, also easy walk to the wonderful Amazona zoo, which we highly recommend, with many rarely seen South American animals, and very friendly, passionate, and informative staff. Apartment attractive, clean and bright with great sea views from lounge and kitchen windows. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Selection of games provided, very welcome as the weather was not good during our stay. We appreciated the goodies basket and bottle of milk in the fridge. The owner, Patricia, communicated well, although you never actually see her.

Ideally we would prefer more than one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, but there is a second toilet and sink in the utility room. Instructions for finding the keys on arrival could be clearer. Booking.com description should be clearer about the amount of stairs, which was not at all a problem for us, but could be for some people. There are two flights of stairs from the building entrance up to the apartment entrance, another to the bathroom and utility room, another to the bedrooms, and another winding one up to the lounge/kitchen. Also, the apartment entrance door is directly on the stairs, with no landing, which is a bit precarious, especially with luggage, and to my understanding not even compliant with building safety regulations. I should underline that none of this affected our enjoyment of our stay.

Views from the loft area were absolutely stunning! Perfect location to walk to shops and to the beach. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
