Fantastic location and views of Cromer

Lots of stairs which we were aware of when booking. Two of our party were 69 and 70 and coped just fine.

Location was great, metres from beach. Very well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. Bath and a seperate shower. Log burner. Fantastic views. Spacious

Central heating didnt come on and was cold but was remedied immediately i messaged owner on leaving day. Unfortunately too many stairs, 3 floors.

The location and style of accommodation was excellent. The extra touches such as milk, croissants, games, books and speaker etc were lovely. Excellent friendly communication with host.
