Everything about this property was perfect for us. 10 minute walk from central York, furnished to a very high quality, everything was very clean. Lovely hamper box left with chocolate, coffee, milk etc that we enjoyed.

Nothing, the property was perfect for us Just to be aware the property is on the basement floor so steep outdoor steps to get to it. This didn’t affect us but may affect some others

Good location to town, nice interior design. Easy booking and stay, detailed instructions.

Unlocking/Locking the front door was an ordeal each time, I don’t think the doors lined up. Toilet was blocked with tissue upon arrival. A new set of cutlery would be great and a pint of milk on arrival would have been appreciated.

Parking was included in the price, and very close to the city

I wish the shutters were easier to close in the front room as one of our party slept on the sofa bed and as it didn’t close it really lacked privacy

Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk from York City Centre, and very close to a Sainsburys local. Free parking with a residents parking permit in the property. Smart TV and blu ray player. Kitchen was well equipped, including French press for coffee. Small hamper left for us with great tea, coffee and snacks. Shower was big, had good pressure and best of all a huge rainfall shower head. Apartment was at basement level, with a small private area with seating and a chair.

Some items in kitchen a little dirty. Bed was very firm, not my personal preference but it will be some people's preferred type of mattress. Shower was quite slippery, could do with an anti slip mat. Due to the rain, the stone slabs just outside the front door became very slippery and I fell over multiple times. I hurt myself twice, which put a little dampener on the trip.
