Beautiful location so easy to get to everything . Coffee pod machine. Quiet location easy to park outside.

Needed a deep clean, leak in the bathroom that the plumber couldn't fix. Lack of items in the kitchen needs restocking. Damp problem and plaster was hanging off the wall in places. Sofa bed was not a 2 person as advertised but 1 which kept tipping over.

Great location. Clean apartment.

The sofa cum bed was small and did not accommodate two kids. I felt the apartment was more suitable for a maximum capacity of 3 people not 4.

I booked the property for 4 people; two adults and two children (ages given as required). There was only one sofa bed available that was definitely not big enough for two people. I contacted the staff at Stays York who responded immediately and very helpfully (thank you Rosie) and we stayed in a different apartment that was excellent.

Good location, modern, stylish and clean.

The place obviously has a damp issue (understandable given it’s a lower ground flat in an old building) which is being painted over instead of actually dealt with. We didn’t mind given we’re used to old properties and we’re only there for 2 days. My only niggle was being expected to was all the dishes, put them away and take the rubbish out! If you’re paying £230 for 2 nights, you don’t expect that. Plus, how can you guarantee people are washing things properly??
