The flat is really well equipped and so convenient for the city. This apartment was one of only a tiny few that has free parking and is close to the city centre. The owners were really helpful and friendly too.

The bed was a bit hard but that is very much a personal preference thing.

Notification that the flat was a basement flat - though it was very nice! - as I have a mobility challenge (walk with a stick)

The location of the property is perfect for wandering into York centre while still being quiet.

Property requires a deep clean. A large stain on the carpet as soon as you walk into the lounge, cobwebs in the bathroom and living room. The mugs and cutlery require a thorough clean. We found it odd to have a coffee machine but no pods to use but found a stash of dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher. The ironing board is broken and the bed is rock hard.

The flat is nice and clean and the location very central with a special parking permit.

Everything was fine.

The sofa bed on the picture IS NOT what you get! It’s completely different and barely folds out as a sofa bed and it tips over! And there was no extra bedding & all the plates and cutlery were dirty

The apartment is located in a really nice neighbourhood,very close to lots of local shops & amenities and is a short walk from the centre of York. It’s very quiet and feels safe & secure.

Unfortunately we found the apartment to have a few issues and didn’t feel it was as clean as it could have been. We complained to the letting company who have been excellent in taking our complaint seriously and I’m confident this was just a blip.
