Apartament gran i molt ben equipat, espaiós amb habitacions i cuina on no faltava de res. Situat a 15 minuts caminant del centre de Belfast. El propietari envia un codi per entrar i està disponible per respondre preguntes i missatges.

El bany era correcte però sense lloc per deixar tovalloles o elements, una mica just per més de 2 persones, però per la resta hi havia molt espai i molt equipament, permetia una còmoda estada.

It was a cosy and comfy little flat. Being so close to the park and lakes at the waterworks was fantastic.

Close to the centre and close by to shops

Clinically clean apartment with all the comforts of home. Convenience store, off licence, great home bakery and numerous takeaways within a minutes walk. Excellent bus links to city centre just outside the front door, five minute trip takes you to the vibrant heart of Belfast. Safe car parking and good communication from Matt the host.

Neighbourhood was a tad run down but at no time did I feel threatened or at risk and the parking was safe. No real complaint or dislike to be honest, just don't expect vibrant night life outside the front door.

The flat is blessed with some great little places nearby - the bakery two doors up, the co-op, the bus stop on your doorstep and especially recommend O'Reilly's cafe! A half hour walk to the centre of town, even if the walk's not that pretty, and Matt was a great communicator and host. The flat is spacious and makes a good stopping place to explore the city from, but it's not super comfy for staying and relaxing in for the day I would say. Good shower too!

The traffic noise from the busy Antrim Road is loud and constant, especially as one of the windows in the main bedroom is missing a glass pane and is covered with plastic sheet. The bed would probably be comfy for a single occupant but wasn't great for two people sharing (we're little people too!) There was also a fairly strong damp smell when we first arrived, even with a window open to air out the flat during the day it was still noticeable every time we came home.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was comfy clean and had everything we needed. Matt, the host, was great at keeping in touch and gave us lots of useful information. The location was great and had buses right outside the door. Fab place to stay for a weekend break.

The stairs weren't great after a few beers 🤣
