Decor..was fine for the price. Kitchen was good. Shower was good Bed was clean and comfortable. Location was good although outside of city.Loads of buses.Shops,Uber easy pick up. Cleanliness was ok. Few more personal touches would not go amiss, but soap and shower gel provided were welcome. Information was good, bus info could have been a bit better. Communication good..apart from security of 150 which to be fair I ignored as I honestly didn't think it applied to me..

Clocks didn't work.. TV ..tiny..why loads of space.. already commented on so I thought would have been changed. Sofa uncomfortable and one other chair that looks neglected. Requesting deposit..on booking.com.never heard of this. Attitude and tone of 'rules'..'do dishes'.

"Great apartment with good transport links, comfy beds and good communication from host."

9.0

Great communication from the host, Matt. Location was good for us. Not in the city centre (as we were fully aware of) but good transport links. There's a bus stop right outside (coming from the city centre) and two just across the road for going into the city centre. It is a pleasant 30 min walk into Donegal Sq. It is quite handy for the Crumlin Gaol museum. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn't actually use it other than the microwave. The bed we used was really comfy (assume the other one is too as it seemed to be the same type of bed) with plenty of storage facilities for your clothes (often a pet peeve of mine). It was really quiet too in terms of noise form outside. Good amenities nearby. There's a Co-op a few doors along and a wine shop across the road. We didn't get a chance to try the Oven Door Bakery a couple of doors away but it looked good. We did have a great breakfast at O'Reilly's just down the road (NB cash only like the Oven Door) and got a takeaway pizza from Rocco's across the road on the way home one night - we'd recommend both.

If being overly fussy, a slightly bigger TV would improve the experience and the sofa wasn't all that comfortable but perfectly adequate.

"Great place to stay to explore Belfast and Northetn Ireland"

10.0

The apartment was easy to find and easy to access keys. Plenty of on road parking. Good location with supermarket nearby. Bus stop to city centre outside. Super communication from Matt.

There were a few flights of stairs to get to flat so maybe not do good for anyone with mobility issues. However stairs were wide and not steep

"2 night stay in Belfast"

6.0

Location was good with easy access to City either by Public Transport or walking.

Untidy outside area and stairs up to flat not clean and tidy.Needed a good hoover. Two plates in the kitchen badly chipped Better cosmetic attention all round I.e cracked floor tiles in bathroom, socket positioning could have been better around the TV specifically. Cushion single chair in lounge was grubby.... General lack of attention in these areas
