Flat was very clean tidy and comfortable little home from home

Parking was a slight problem

Close to the bus stop and only 10 mins to go to the city center.

Lovely, well situated property. Fantastic beds, good WiFi.

Really challenging to find as the address doesn't actually match up with the location : only the photo of the property and the postal code allowed us to find it without phoning for assistance.

The flat had really good transport links. We mostly walked to and from the centre which was around 20 minutes to the funky cathedral quarter. The house was on a main road and the single glazing meant that it could be quite noisy. We slept in the second room which was smaller but less noise. The bed had a pretty low quality mattress and would definitely benefit from a newer one BUT this is personal preference and I can't grumble because I slept well! Decent facilities but the TV was tiny! Not even big enough to use as a monitor. We do like to watch a bit of TV to wind down. Matt was great at communicating and recommended some good bars. The harp bar was amazing!! The flat could do with a bit of renovation to make it more desirable but in terms of value for money I really cannot complain. We had a great stay overall in Belfast!

Hidden cost- had to pay £150 before we had access to the property. Was not advertised before booking. Got the money back so not a huge deal- just something to note
