Poor quality of mattresses- not very comfortable Rug in living room and easy chair in living room quite stained and need replacement

Close to the city center, either by bus or just on foot, with shops close by. Matt was a very nice host, and very responsive, having quickly solved a small problem with the boiler for the heating. Nice apartment.

Just a small detail, but the heating could be turned on a bit before arrival, just to ensure guests arrive at a warm place. Belfast is a chilly place! Other than that, it was fine.
