Modern new build property very nicely laid out and clean, nice location plus natural light from the big windows in the main sitting area, had everything you would need from an ironing board to a potato peeler, address was easy to find and with good instructions from the owner parking was also easy to find, the information on how to find the parking, use the heating and codes to get in was useful, parking for two days was £20 which was good compared to other parking around the area, parking area would benefit from a CCTV camera facing the vehicles as I could understand why previous people haven’t felt 100% safe leaving there vehicle there

The property even with the heating on was freezing, I’m a person that likes the cold always in T-shirt and shorts even when it’s snowing but there was a breeze coming from what we discovered was the kitchen, ended up putting a T-shirt under the door to stop the flow of air coming into the main sitting room which helped a bit but was still cold, with two kids it was quite worrying with the heating going off every two hours while I do understand why it’s like this it’s just a bit frustrating knowing it gets cold very quick once it turns off, the front of the address does need a quick going over removing pipes and also tidying up the stones along with the side and back of the property as there were some lovely double doors in the master bedroom that couldn’t be opened unfortunately, would of been nice to have a table and chairs out the back to relax, only actually thing putting me staying off here again was how cold it was

Nice clean , apartment very cosy

The apartment itself was good, it was clean, tidy and modern, it is also spacious and well laid out. Instruction on parking, gaining entry and how to use the heating were well communicated. The location was good, it was a short walk to the south pier and tram stop.

The apartment was let down by small things such as the bath panel was loose, the sink in the bathroom wasn't attached to the wall. Shower pressure was very low. There was a smell of dogs, not sure if this apartment allows dogs but the main bedroom had a smell of dogs. The towels smelled foisty, as though they hadn't dried properly before being folded and stored. Outside the back door wasn't finished, the step was a stone placed near the door. The path to parking area wasn't well kept with various trip hazards.

It was beautifully decorated. Clean and minimalist. Great size and worth the money we paid.

There was damp on the walls in the lounge however didn’t affect our stay. It was a cold night and I had to get up several times in the night to switch the heating back in but can equally appreciate that this is the best option for the landlord to save people turning it on and going out. There was no knife to cut salad etc for our packed lunches or scissors either. Both are kitchen essentials really but kitchen was otherwise well equipped. Kitchen cupboards were very fusty smelling and could do with an airing from time to time or air fresheners inside. Pipe work needs finishing off near the kitchen door as when it rains it was banging on the glass door. Damp also coming in at that back door step. Bathroom tap not working but appreciate that was done by the tenants that stayed the night before, can’t be helped.

The lights kept dimming which i assume was due to the amount of use in the building and the shower had no power, was basically a dribble, which made it difficult to use.

Comms with the manager were good Parking to rear of house quite spacious but some do not park within lines that causes a problem – parking is £10 per car per day 12pm – 12pm and this is payable separately up font – don’t think its refundable. And it’s a similar cost to park in nearby car park The property also ‘requests’ that you pay £100 deposit secure your booking. I don't think this is such a bad thing to do – we were funded within three working days Apartment is based on the South Shore near the Pleasure Beach and the velvet coaster (local Wetherspoons). Then up a slight slope to front that has 2 blue pipes hanging out and some large purple shale which could be hard to navigate If you were less mobile There is a code for the front door and separate code for the key safe for your apartment. You will not receive these codes until an hour before your check in time We stayed in apartment one on the ground floor. Upon entering he looked quite smart but there's an overwhelming smell of damp – even though you cant see any mould. The kitchen is well equipped / sofas nice and clean and look new - everything looks clean and on trend. It's not until you start using things that you realise it's not as good as it looks. The heating is only operable for two hours maximum ours worked effectively but we did meet someone in another apartment and their heaters didn't work at all. Then noticed the damp / wet patches on the walls in four separate areas no idea where this is coming from but it's quite unpleasant. Didn't use most kitchen facilities at all really just wash some cups up and then found that the water from the sink drained into the alleyway because the pipe didn't quite go into the drain. It would also be useful to have a tea towel in the kitchen The bathroom looks OK but the sink is not fully attached to the wall and when you used the sink the water actually drained away onto the lino inside the bathroom on the floor!

Modern decor throughout. Nice and clean, no mould anywhere as said previously although you can see where they have cleaned it down, whi h is all they can do until they fix the issue properly which takes time when it comes to damp. But no sign on mould anywhere - I checked because of the children. Quite a big apartment to be fair, nice layout. There's a lot of property here to spread out if needs be. The fireplace is a nice touch, and the furniture was comfy after a busy day. The location was perfect. Literally at South Pier at the end of the street and pleasure Beach. Couldn't hear any neighbours although all apartments were occupied. I'd definitely stay here again. We also got our deposit back within a few days, with no issues, and key codes came through just before checking in time as advised. Parking is plenty full around in the side streets on a pay basis if the carpark recommended with booking is full.

The apartment was super cold when we got in. It took a while to heat up, but there is a fire and booster button for the heating but in all fairness we were out in the cold all day so properly us being more cold than usual. Could do with a sweeping brush in the kitchen as the toddler spilt some crisps and trod on them and we couldn't clean it up as much as we wanted to.

Still a little bit of work going on out the front & side but can see it is a work in progress for future, excited to see when it's finished will definitely stay again
