Main features of the property were of a high standard. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom were very nice and furnished to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable and towels being supplied were also a good touch. The property is also spacious with plenty of room. TVs were also high quality. The property is also in a great location being close to the main attractions of the south shore.

The fact we couldn't use the bathroom sink during the break made it awkward. Although the side of the property was directly on an alley none of the windows had any curtains or blinds. Although 2 of the 3 windows were stained the property is that close to the alley you could clearly make out the people in the property. No TV remote for the master bedroom. Having to pay separately for parking at a property so something we've never had to do before.

The flat is big and spacious, the bedrooms are comfy, great accommodation for a family. Great value for money might be due to some areas needing completing building wise around the property?

Outside areas could do with finishing off. A lot of it still feels like a building site. There are some areas of rising damp inside the property, too.

The size of the property, location and cleanliness was very good, linen and towels smelt fresh. Easy to find parking. Sofas were very comfortable and the fire was a great addition. The overall heating was efficient too. Did not feel cold. Great speedy communication from the owner.

The biggest let down of the property is the damp. The walls were wet in patches and it smelt fusty/damp. The kids were first to point it out. It needed some furnishings like a bathmat, rug in the front room, pictures on walls and I think a compact circular table would go well in the corner of the lounge space so you can eat comfortably. The dampness and lack of furnishings made the environment just feel a bit off. The bathroom just needs smartening up in places too. For the cost and condition, I was a little disappointed I’m sorry to say. It is a nice generous space though and I’m glad I chose that apartment for it.

The location

**Avoid This Apartment at All Costs!** I stayed at this apartment recently, and it was a nightmare from the moment I arrived. I couldn't check in at check-in time as the cleaner was still in the apartment. Even then, the overall cleanliness was horrendous. There were also slugs crawling around the kitchen. The parking situation felt unsafe, and if you value your car, I wouldn't drive it down the access road to the back of the property. There was rubbish scattered everywhere. There was visible dampness in the walls, and the damp smell was overpowering. There is a waste pipe leaking to the rear of the property, which is a health hazard. Neither of the rear doors are very secure. To make matters worse, the place was falsely advertised—there was no proper dining area as promised, and there were no toiletries provided at all! When I tried to raise my concerns, the management showed zero interest in addressing any of my complaints. Getting my deposit back is an ongoing struggle, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague!

Booked this overnight stay much earlier in the year when the reviews were all very positive. In the end we decided not to stay here after reading the most recent reviews regarding the flies and the damp smell and the overall lack of cleanliness in the property. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel the booking to receive a refund. But we didn't want to take the risk of turning up and it not being up to standard. So last minute we booked to stay elsewhere. Judging by the continually horrific reviews this was the best decision we could have made.

Layout was good. Value for money if property had of been cleaned well. Good location

The property needs a real good clean and fresh paint at least. Decor is tired and needs a little TLC. Smell of damp in entrance of flats.

The apartment. The floors were severely uneven there was shit flies everywhere coming out of holes and the sink and the bed was like sleeping on a pile of dirty washing. Also the area surrounding the house looked like a dump with waste and building rubbish everywhere
